At Lei, each product is lovingly handmade, taking many hours of craftsmanship.

We kindly ask you to think twice before requesting a refund. Your order doesn’t fit,

or you’re not satisfied? Here’s what to do:

As a small business, we are unfortunately unable to cover the costs of returns.

We ask for your understanding. For returns, you bear the direct costs of the return and can choose a shipping company of your choice - but we recommend insured shipping. Please keep the shipping receipt with all shipment information until the return is completed.

Please note that returns must always be reported to us in writing in advance.

Please let us know the reason for the return either by email to support@leiberlin.com 

or via our contact form on the website.

After your notification, you will receive the corresponding return slip from us, which also serves as your legal cancellation, as well as the return address.

We will refund the amount of the returned goods (excluding the original shipping costs) after receipt using the same payment method that you used for the order.
